Use-case storyboard for redesigning a service according to the pandemic restrictions, in order to make it safely accessible for the elderly.

Frame captions:
1. Marjo decided to take care of her health insurance remotely in order to stay safe and avoid going to public. But since she is new to using public services online, she is uncomfortable with doing that by herself.
2. Marjo decides to call the Iso Omena Library and ask for help. The library worker guides her to the IT Volunteer Service, so she gives them a call.
3. To be able to log into the IT Volunteer Service's site, Marjo is given a short pin code over the phone by one of the volunteers.
4. Using the pin, she logs in through the Iso Omena Library's website from her computer.

5. After some time, Marjo's phone rings. It's Anne, the volunteer who's going to give her guidance by a video call.
6. Marjo is happy she was able to manage her health insurance from the safety of her own home. She feels confident and thinks she could even try by herself the next time, but it is good to know for her that there is a service she can rely on whenever she needs help again.
